Prosper Management, LLC was formed in 2002 as a single member. In 2003, organized and created the Prosper Technical Index Fund, LLC. Launched (July 1, 2004) and managed the Fund to establish a 3-5 year track record. The Fund accurately assessed and navigated through some of the most difficult markets that Wall Street has ever seen: Housing Collapse; Credit Crisis; Oil Boom and Collapse; Banking Crisis; and the Stock Market Crash of 2008. Produced 24.38% in 2008. Produced 42.66% (7/2004-2008).
Executing the expansion phase of the business plan, in 2009 the Prosper Technical Index Fund, LP was organized and launched.
